My approach to portrait retouching is meticulous and always sensitive to your intended use of the final images and, as with all other aspects of the shoot, I’m open to any requests or preferences regarding the post-production of your images; as a former graphic designer, my knowledge of image editing far exceeds the requirements of standard retouching and, as such, I can adapt to more advanced needs, including retouching.

Working a lot on location, the use of natural light is second nature to me. This fundamental tool of portraiture allows sessions to unfold in a very fluid, relaxed and intimate way, while placing you in the environment of your choice. If you’re looking for a relaxed, flowing photo session that enhances your surroundings, a natural light photo session is the way to go.
MODELLING & ACTING PORTFOLIO PHOTOS

STROBE PORTRAITS ON LOCATION
Strobe lighting (studio flash) can also be used outdoors to separate subjects from their background and focus on the subject itself. If you appreciate the definition and unique look produced by artificial lighting, you should certainly consider shooting with strobe lighting.

If you want versatile portraits that are entirely your own and not tied to a specific geographical context, if you want an unparalleled level of definition and clarity, then consider a studio portrait session.
For businesses, I have all the necessary tools to set up an on-site studio (with the background of your choice) directly on your premises. This allows you to achieve studio quality results without you (or your team) having to travel. This is extremely practical for team shoots involving several subjects, as it allows a portrait session to be organized during working hours, with minimal disruption to the schedules of the people involved.
For private clients, my studio is perfect for individual portraits, and can be used for standard corporate photos with neutral backgrounds (white, grey, black) or more creative light settings.

The photo session takes place in the location of your choice. It can be at your home or in a location rented for the occasion.Whether in Montreal, the surrounding area or further afield, I’ll come and meet you.
If it’s for an intimate portrait session, there’s no better time of day to do it, as it’s indoors.
For outdoor sessions, the best time is during the golden hour, which brings us beautiful light for a soft, warm rendering just the way I like them.
